Ingredients
1 tube Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
½ cup First Street Classic Tomato Pizza Sauce (14 oz container)
2 cups First Street Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 package First Street Cherry Tomatoes (12 oz), halved
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400–450°F).
  2. Mince the garlic and combine with olive oil in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Unroll the Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust and lightly brush both sides with the garlic olive oil mixture.
  4. Carefully place the dough directly onto the grill grates. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the bottom is lightly crisp.
  5. Using tongs, flip the crust over.
  6. Spread the First Street Classic Tomato Pizza Sauce evenly across the grilled side of the crust.
  7. Top with shredded First Street Mozzarella Cheese and evenly distribute the First Street Cherry Tomatoes.
  8. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is cooked through.
  9. Remove the pizza from the grill and immediately top with fresh basil leaves.
  10. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese and a light drizzle of the remaining garlic olive oil.
  11. Slice and serve warm.
